THE WHY BEHIND DESIGN

Variety as Storytelling

Espen is an extensive branding project. The goal of this project is to create a brand with several sub-brands that are ready for commercial use. As his capstone project for Graphic Design, this project aims to showcase the diversity of Phil’s design abilities and demonstrate the polish and professionalism of his designs.


There are seven sub-brands under the flagship company of Espen. These sub-brands are diverse from each other while maintaining a certain level of continuity to the overall brand. Additionally, each brand has its own complimentary products such as cans, bottles, apparel, and/or glassware. This fictional Company and its products have been used as props in the set of The Scars of Our Hands, produced by Chameleon Film Studios.
